Scenes from Middleham Chapel
MINISTRIES AND PROGRAMS

Welcome to Middleham and St. Peter's Parish. It is my privilege and joy to extend the hand of friendship on behalf of this congregation. As a people of faith we share our belief in God's invitation to abundant life and God's desire that it be extended to every human being. I would invite you to share in the many programs and ministries carried out by the men, women, teenagers and children who make up this parish. Each week in St. Peter's Chapel on Solomons Island, Middleham Chapel, and the Parish Hall, both located on H.G. Trueman Road in Lusby, the parish gathers to celebrate the service of the Holy Communion. Members of all ages seek to be good stewards of all that God has given us, our time, our talents, and our money. It is our intention to be a community where all are able to acknowledge their shortcomings and strive together to live into God's offer of mercy and forgiveness.

— Father David G. Showers, Rector

The mission of Middleham and St. Peter's Parish is to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ by being a living witness of His love. We will accomplish this by welcoming, nurturing, and challenging people in the joyful experience of accepting and following Jesus as Lord and Savior.
